WINSTON-SALEM, NC – Waldrep Wall Babcock & Bailey PLLC is pleased to announce that Mansell Carloni has joined the firm as an associate, expanding the firm’s Business Law and Commercial Real Estate practices.

Mansell brings significant experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development across a broad range of asset classes. He has helped guide and close hundreds of transactions, working collaboratively with clients, counsel, lenders, brokers, title companies, surveyors, and other stakeholders to efficiently achieve his clients’ objectives. His experience also extends to estate planning, estate administration, and small-business matters that intersect with real estate issues.

Mansell earned his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2022 and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Syracuse University in 2018.

Mansell will focus his practice on commercial real estate transactions and related business matters from the firm’s Winston-Salem office.
