The 43rd Annual Bankruptcy Seminar of the Middle District was held on Friday, April 21 through Saturday, April 22, and Attorneys Tom Waldrep, Jennifer Lyday, Jim Lanik, and Diana Santos Johnson and Paralegals Marybeth Ford and Mindy Fischer participated. Jim, Marybeth and Mindy also attended Trustee Day on Thursday, April 20.
Diana was a guest speaker on Saturday with Koury Hicks on the topic of “Recalibrating Your Consumer Practice in the New Economy.”
