Partner Jennifer Lyday Appointed Chair of the Local Rules Committee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina
Waldrep Wall Babcock & Bailey PLLC Partner Jennifer Lyday has been recently appointed Chair of the Local Rules Committee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.
As Chair, Lyday will lead the Committee, which is charged with annually reviewing the Local Bankruptcy Rules and making recommendations to the Bankruptcy Judges for any additions or amendments. The 10-member board consists of the Bankruptcy Administrator, the Clerk, the Chief Deputy Clerk, the Chapter 13 Standing Trustees, a panel Chapter 7 Trustee, and consumer and commercial debtor and creditor attorneys.
