Zach specializes in commercial bankruptcy and general commercial law and has significant experience representing debtors in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases. In addition, he regularly represents creditors, creditor committees, and bankruptcy trustees in bankruptcy litigation, contested matters, asset sales, and adversary proceedings, as well as appellate matters. Zach is also a staff attorney for the Salkin Law Firm, P.A. in Florida.  

Zach received a J.D. degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2018, where he served as Executive Student Works Editor of the Florida Journal of International Law. He received a B.A. degree from Boston College in 2015. He is active in both the Florida Bar and North Carolina Bar.
