Bio
Zach specializes in commercial bankruptcy and general commercial law and has significant experience representing debtors in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases. In addition, he regularly represents creditors, creditor committees, and bankruptcy trustees in bankruptcy litigation, contested matters, asset sales, and adversary proceedings, as well as appellate matters. Zach is also an attorney for the Salkin Law Firm, P.A. in Florida.
Zach received a J.D. degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2018, where he served as Executive Student Works Editor of the Florida Journal of International Law. He received a B.A. degree from Boston College in 2015. He is active in both the Florida Bar and North Carolina Bar.

- Represented a Chapter 7 Trustee in litigation to pierce a self-settled offshore trust established in Belize and recover assets, including proceeds held in a Swiss bank account and valuable real property located in Aspen, Colorado.
- Represented a Chapter 7 Trustee in appellate litigation involving substantive consolidation,
resulting in a published opinion from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit affirming
the bankruptcy court’s ruling. - Represented Chapter 7 Trustees in prosecuting fraudulent transfer and preference actions to
recover assets for the benefit of bankruptcy estates and creditors. - Represented an Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in investigating potential avoidance
actions and establishing a litigation trust to pursue recoveries on behalf of creditors. - Represented businesses in Chapter 11 reorganizations, Chapter 7 liquidations, and out-of-court
restructuring and workout matters. - Represented individual debtors in Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings and successfully obtained
discharges of outstanding debt obligations.
