Bio

Peyton is part of the firm’s healthcare and litigation teams. Prior to joining Waldrep Wall, Peyton practiced with Coffey Law, PLLC, and Lewis & Keller, Attorneys at Law. Her practice has focused on litigation and medical malpractice defense. She has also provided representation to healthcare professionals in licensing board matters. 

Peyton attended Appalachian State University, where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Pre-Professional Legal Studies. While attending Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, she served as a project coordinator for the Campbell Law Pro Bono Council. She attended the Baylor Academy of the Advocate in St. Andrews, Scotland during her 3L year, where she won the School of the Trial Competition. Peyton was a member of the Campbell Law Mock Trial Team. Upon graduation, she received the Order of Old Kivett Award for excellence in advocacy.
