Bio

Paola is a paralegal at Waldrep Wall Babcock & Bailey PLLC, where she primarily supports the firm’s medical malpractice and civil litigation practice. She brings more than seven years of legal experience spanning government, insurance defense, and private practice, and is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Prior to joining Waldrep Wall, Paola served as a legal secretary at Kubicki Draper in Miami, Florida, where she supported attorneys through all phases of litigation, including court filings, discovery, trial preparation, and case management. She also worked for GEICO’s in-house counsel and began her legal career with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, supporting child support enforcement matters.

As a paralegal, Paola assists attorneys with medical malpractice and civil litigation matters, including preparing legal documents, coordinating court filings, managing case files and deadlines, and supporting all stages of the litigation process. She is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to providing responsive support to attorneys and clients.
