Bio

Marybeth is a paralegal at Waldrep Wall Babcock & Bailey PLLC. Marybeth primarily provides support in the firm’s bankruptcy practice. Prior to joining the firm, she was a paralegal with Waldrep LLP and prior to that, Pinto Coates Kyre & Bowers, PLLC in Greensboro. She has over 35 years of paralegal experience in civil litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, real estate, estate planning and probate, and bankruptcy.  Prior to moving to North Carolina, she was a paralegal at a law firm in Sarasota, Florida, for 27 years.

Marybeth received her Paralegal degree at the State College of Florida. She is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate. Marybeth received her “Contract to Closing” certification at Attorney’s Title in Florida.  She has been a Notary for over 35 years. 

Marybeth served as a Vice Chairman and Commission Member on the Thomasville Historic Preservation Commission.
