Marybeth is a paralegal at Waldrep Wall Babcock & Bailey PLLC. At Waldrep Wall, Marybeth primarily provides support in the firm’s bankruptcy practice. Prior to joining the firm, she was a paralegal with Waldrep LLP and prior, Pinto Coates Kyre & Bowers, PLLC in Greensboro. She has over 30 years of paralegal experience in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, real estate, estate planning and probate and bankruptcy. Prior to moving to North Carolina, she had the privilege of working for a firm in Sarasota, Florida for 27 years.

Marybeth received her Paralegal degree at the State College of Florida. She is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in Florida and continues to maintain her license. Marybeth received her “Contract to Closing” certification at Attorney’s Title in Florida. She has been a Notary for over 30 years. Marybeth was a Florida Notary Public for over 25 years and has been a North Carolina Notary Public since 2016.

Marybeth serves as a Commission Member on the Thomasville Historic Preservation Commission.
