Diana joined Waldrep Wall Babcock & Bailey PLLC in 2021 as an Associate and is part of the firm’s bankruptcy team. Prior to joining WWBB, Diana worked as a Staff Attorney at Legal Aid of North Carolina, Inc. She also served as an Associate Attorney at Bolton Law Group, P.A. representing individual and small business debtors in bankruptcy proceedings in the Middle District of North Carolina.

Diana is a graduate of Wake Forest University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish, was a Volunteer Service Corps Member, and received a Certificate in Spanish Interpreting. While attending North Carolina Central University School of Law, Diana was a Staff Member of the North Carolina Central Law Review.
 

Diana enjoys being involved in her community and volunteers with several local nonprofit organizations.
