Andrea is a trustee's assistant at Waldrep Wall Babcock & Bailey PLLC. Since 2013, she has worked with Jim Lanik, a partner at Waldrep Wall Babcock & Bailey and a member of the panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the Middle District of North Carolina.

Andrea is active in the special needs community in the Piedmont Triad, having served on the boards of both the Guilford County Chapter of the Autism Society of North Carolina and the Exceptional Children's Parent Advisory Council. She also helped found Autism Unbound, a local advocacy group working for individuals with autism and their families. In addition to working at Waldrep Wall Babcock & Bailey PLLC, Andrea is a co-instructor for Professional-Parent Partnerships for Students with Exceptional Needs in the Department of Special Education Services at the University of North Carolina-Greensboro. Andrea has a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in English from East Carolina University.
