Bio
Bobby joined Waldrep Wall Babcock in 2025 as an Associate and is part of the firm’s bankruptcy team. Prior to joining Waldrep Wall as a full-time attorney, Bobby served as a Summer Associate with the firm, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the firm’s practice areas and culture. His experience at the firm has provided him with practical exposure to complex bankruptcy proceedings and litigation strategies.
Bobby attended the University of North Carolina, where he earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Political Science in 2017. He received his Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2025, graduating summa cum laude. During law school, Bobby demonstrated exceptional academic performance, receiving the Daniel G. Sampson Award for Academic Excellence. He also served as Senior Editor of the North Carolina Central Law Review, showcasing his legal writing and analytical abilities.
Outside the office, Bobby enjoys playing tennis, volunteering at local animal shelters by walking shelter dogs, and spending time with his wife Hannah and their dog Willa. He remains a devoted and long-suffering fan of Atlanta sports teams, a loyalty established in childhood.
