John is an associate with Waldrep Wall Babcock & Bailey PLLC. Prior to joining the firm, John was an associate with Waldrep LLP. As a member of the Bankruptcy practice group, John has contributed to the firm’s representation of debtors in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 12 cases; adversary proceeding plaintiffs and defendants; creditors’ committees; individual creditors; and trustees in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases. John also pitches in with the firm’s Healthcare practice group, assisting with litigation and outside general counsel matters. Finally, John assists the partners with researching and drafting materials for manuscripts and presentations.
 

John earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice from The Citadel in 2011. John returned to school in 2015, graduating with a J.D., cum laude, from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2018. At Wake Forest, John served as Notes and Comments Editor for the Wake Forest Law Review, was a Creative and Commentary Editor for the Wake Forest Journal of Contemporary Bioethics, and was a competing member of the Wake Forest Moot Court Board.
